Reception, Admin and Sales Support (PT, 4-5 days)
We are a busy Ag & Earthmoving parts outlet located in Slacks Creek, Queensland. We seek an office all-rounder/receptionist to assist with accounts and sales administration within a small friendly team.
This is a part-time position working: 10am - 4.30pm (4-5days per week).
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Data entry
- Basic Bookkeeping and Banking (training provided)
- Reconciling daily Eftpos and cash payments
- Chase overdue accounts via phone and email
- Answering the office phone and assisting customers
- Creating purchase orders and receipting stock to warehouse
- Office administration to support the Sales team
- ADHOC duties as required
Requirements:
- Experience in office admin (trades industry experience highly regarded)
- Experience using XERO or MYOB
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite (45WPM)
- Strong attention to detail
- Can work autonomously
