About you
You are a proactive and detail-oriented property professional who demonstrates strong commercial judgement, stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
You'll excel in this role if you have:
Proven ability to manage and administer lease portfolios, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and optimising asset performance.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with tenants, landlords, contractors and internal stakeholders.
Sound financial acumen, including experience with invoicing, budgeting, forecasting and exercising financial delegations responsibly.
Demonstrated project coordination capability, particularly in delivering tenant fit-outs or building works within timeframes and budget.
High level organisational and administrative skills, with attention to detail in maintaining records, preparing reports and managing systems.
