What’s the role?
As a Team Coordinator, you'll help keep our Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB) team running smoothly by providing high-quality administrative and coordination support across the business.
Based in Sydney, this is a full-time role where you'll be at the centre of day-to-day team operations, helping create a positive and productive workplace experience.
You'll coordinate travel and accommodation, organise meetings and events, support onboarding and offboarding activities, manage invoices and expenses, and help deliver team communications and engagement initiatives.
Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll build strong relationships and ensure people have the support they need to do their best work. Your organisation, initiative and attention to detail will make a real difference to the team's success and overall experience.

What do I need?
We're looking for someone who enjoys coordinating tasks, supporting people and keeping things organised. To be successful, you'll bring:
- Strong administrative and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Great communication and relationship-building skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Strong attention to detail, organisation and planning skills.
A proactive, professional and trustworthy approach when handling confidential information and supporting stakeholders at all levels.
