We are currently prioritising applicants based in the Northern Gold Coast and surrounding areas.
Roles Available
- Personal Care Workers
- Domestic Assistance Workers (Cleaning)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care, including showering, dressing, grooming, and medication support
- Provide social support and transport to appointments, shopping, and community activities
- Deliver domestic assistance such as light cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
- Support clients with mobility aids and personal equipment
- Assist with complex or high-needs care
- Monitor client wellbeing and report any changes
- Complete service notes and progress updates after each shift
About You
- Caring, compassionate, and respectful
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Able to build positive relationships with clients and families
- Confident using a smartphone or mobile app for rosters and care notes
Mandatory Requirements
- National Police Check (within 12 months)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
- Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle
- Smartphone with internet access
Preferred Qualifications
- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support or Home & Community Care
