About the role
The Parts Warehouse Assistant’s primary role is to assist the Spare Parts Department warehouse in receiving, picking and dispatching of orders. The role will include internal interpreting for the workshop and other general warehouse duties.
Key responsibilities will include:
Inventory control, including executing regular stock takes on both the main warehouse along with Field Service vans.
Providing Internal customers with exceptional customer service
Packing and shipping of orders
General warehousing duties
Replenishment of Field Service Technicians van stock
Interpreting for internal departmwnts
Building an effective and positive relationship with all customers.
What you’ll need to succeed
Previous dispatch/stock/parts interpreting experience an advanatge.
Ability to learn on the job and work autonomously
Excellent Communication
Ability to work to timeframes
You will have excellent oral and written communication skills, and a proficiency with time management
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
