About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our finance team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations, supporting accurate and timely financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process AP invoices, payment runs & supplier reconciliations
- Manage AR, collections & customer account reconciliations
- Perform daily bank & credit card reconciliations
- Process end-to-end payroll using Employment Hero
- Assist with month-end close, journals & reporting
- Support audits, compliance & financial record accuracy
- Identify process improvements within finance systems
About You
- Experience in an Accounts Officer or similar role
- Strong AP, AR, bank rec & month-end knowledge
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Payroll experience (Employment Hero highly regarded)
- High attention to detail & strong organisational skills
Desirable:
- Manufacturing/FMCG experience
- Knowledge of GST, BAS & AU compliance
- Intermediate Excel skills

Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kingsgrove NSW 2208: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Accounts payable/ receiveable: 3 years (Preferred)
