Brow Lust is a long-established, reputable Brisbane studio — and one of the busiest in the city. That doesn't happen by accident. It happens because we're genuinely, borderline unnecessarily obsessed with brows and lashes, and we're looking for an artist who is too.
This isn't just a job for us, and it shouldn't be for you either. We're after someone who takes pride in their craft and is always looking to sharpen their skills rather than coast on what they already know.
Heads up — we run back-to-back, most days. It's a busy, buzzing salon and that's exactly how we like it. If that's not your pace, this one's not for you. But if you thrive on it, you'll be working in a big, modern space with your own room, and flexible days/hours can be arranged for the right person.
This role starts as casual, with real opportunity to move into a permanent position for the right person.
You'll need to
- Have solid experience in brow and lash services (sculpting, tinting, lamination, lash lifts or similar)
- Be a true team player — supportive, reliable, and easy to work alongside
- Manage your own day with confidence
- Bring a positive attitude even when the studio is full and the day is moving fast
- Thrive under pressure in a busy salon environment
- Have a genuine drive to learn, grow, and be the best at what you do
