In this role, you'll:
Respond to and resolve field technology incidents and service requests quickly, while installing, maintaining, and supporting CCTV, radio, and Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) across NSW.
Ensure continuous operation of field technology through incident management, system monitoring, equipment maintenance, stakeholder collaboration, and accurate documentation (including configurations and knowledge base updates).
Work independently and in teams across varied field locations (including challenging environments), liaising with internal teams and external providers, with requirements including technical qualifications, travel, after-hours work, and relevant licences/certifications.

About you
Operate independently in managing daily tasks, using judgement to escalate issues when needed. Responsible for delivering accurate, high-quality work on time, with guidance from senior leaders for complex or high-risk matters.
Report to a line manager with no direct reports, focusing on individual responsibilities while maintaining communication and working within financial and organisational guidelines.
Meet role requirements including qualifications, licences, travel, and flexibility, while applying core capabilities such as technical skills, communication, and problem-solving to achieve outcomes.
