Roadhouse All-Rounder – Café, Customer Service & Retail

We’re looking for a reliable, energetic all-rounder to join our busy team at Karridale Roadhouse.
We’re a fast-paced country roadhouse with a strong café and food focus. We pride ourselves on great food, friendly service, cleanliness and getting the job done properly.
The Role
This is a genuine all-rounder position and may include:
- Customer service and operating the till
- Making coffees and café drinks
- Preparing sandwiches, rolls and takeaway food
- Basic food preparation and kitchen assistance
- Restocking shelves, fridges and displays
- Cleaning and keeping the shop and work areas to a high standard
- Assisting with fuel customers and general roadhouse duties
- Opening or closing duties depending on your shifts

Café, barista, kitchen or retail experience is an advantage, but the right attitude is just as important.
Hours
We operate 7 days a week from 5am–6pm, so applicants need some flexibility with early starts and weekend work.
Casual hours available, with good ongoing hours for the right person.
