This 12-month max term parental cover role provides essential administrative and coordination support across the Legal, Industrial Relations, Regulatory Interactions and Company Secretariat (LIRRICS) function. Supporting legal governance and operations, the role ensures effective governance, reporting, and operational processes. It plays a critical part in maintaining structured ways of working, enabling business continuity and supporting high-quality service delivery. The position also contributes to continuous improvement through enhancing systems, processes and administrative practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate governance processes, reporting activities and operational administration across the LIRRICS function
- Maintain accurate records, document repositories and governance documentation in line with compliance requirements
- Support regulatory, compliance and financial administration activities with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
- Manage and maintain SharePoint sites, document systems and administrative tools to ensure accessibility and consistency
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives, including digitisation, automation and workflow optimisation
- Develop and maintain templates, procedures and documentation to support standardised ways of working
Coordinate training logistics, learning materials and stakeholder communications to support capability development

What You Will Bring
- 3–5 years’ experience in an administrative, executive support or business support role, ideally within a corporate, legal or governance environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint, Teams and document collaboration platforms
- Advanced document preparation, editing and formatting skills, including experience with board or executive-level materials
- Excellent organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy, quality and confidentiality
- Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements and enhance administrative efficiency
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across a broad stakeholder group
