As the Relationship Manager, you will engage with existing and potential major donors to build strong and effective relationships. You will provide opportunities and encouragement for major donors to grow their connection with both PositiveMedia and the Positive Light Foundation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Establishing strong, trust-based relationships with existing, potential, and new key donors
- Identifying, researching, and qualifying new high-value prospective major donors through networking, data insights and referrals
- Driving income growth through donor recruitment and networking, fundraising during and outside of campaigns, and managing major donor emails and direct mail pieces
- Strategic planning, including contributing to fundraising strategies, and using data insights to inform decision making
- Contributing to the planning, hosting and execution of major donor attended events
This is a full-time position, however, we will consider part-time (minimum 0.6 FTE) for the right candidate.
To thrive in this role, you will have:
- A passion for PositiveMedia’s mission and values
- Considerable experience in relationship development
- Experience in development/execution of fundraising programs desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to influence others
- A strong results orientation
