The Role
Join Australia's leading insurance builder and play a key role in delivering makesafe, restoration, and reinstatement projects across Darwin.
Based from our office in Stuart Park, you will work across a diverse portfolio of insurance building claims, combining site supervision, estimating, and practical makesafe support to help customers navigate the recovery process following insurable events.
From initial site attendance and damage assessment through to makesafe completion, you will complete hands on carpentry and demolition works, engage with key stakeholders, prepare scopes of work, and ensure quality outcomes are delivered safely, efficiently, and with care.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced tradesperson looking to step into a broader supervisory and estimating role while remaining connected to practical site activities and project delivery.

- Drive a zero-shortcut culture, ensuring strict adherence to Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) laws, company policies, and contractor Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS)

- Monitor project progress, schedules, costs, and variations to support efficient project delivery
- Liaise with insurers, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to progress works and resolve issues

- Build strong relationships across clients, adjusters, subcontractors, and the broader insurance network
- Maintain accurate job records, estimates, photographs, and project documentation while supporting day-to-day operational requirements
