We’re excited to be opening a brand-new clinic in Liverpool and are looking for a driven, customer-focused professional to join our team.
This is a full-time position and we are specifically seeking candidates who are looking for a long-term, full-time career opportunity.
About the Role:
You’ll join us as a Patient Coordinator, becoming the warm, welcoming face of our new Liverpool clinic. From day one, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience while also supporting the patient journey from enquiry through to treatment.
This is a customer service and sales-focused role, ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, guiding decisions, and delivering results.
Please note: This role requires one month of initial training at our Sydney clinic before commencing in Liverpool.
What You’ll Be Doing

Welcome patients with professionalism and warmth
- Manage appointment scheduling, check-ins, and check-outs
- Handle phone and online enquiries with confidence and care
- Support patients through their treatment journey from initial enquiry to conversion
- Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks efficiently
- Work closely with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience
What You’ll Be Growing Into

Leading patient consultations and presenting treatment options
- Building trust and rapport to guide patients through decision-making
- Managing treatment plans, follow-ups, and ongoing communication
- Driving sales conversions through genuine connection and education
- Contributing to the overall performance and success of the clinic
About You

Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service and/or sales
- Proven ability to build rapport and confidently guide conversations
- A passion for delivering premium, high-touch customer experiences
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with a natural ability to influence
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
