We're searching for a warm, organised, people-loving Administration & Client Experience Superstar to join our Yarraville Playhouse team.
About the Role:
This is much more than answering phones and booking appointments. You'll be one of the first people families connect with when they reach out to Neurodiverse Playhouse. You'll help create a welcoming, supportive experience for children, parents, and our incredible team of therapists. Some days you'll be:
✨ Welcoming families into the Playhouse
✨ Answering phone and email enquiries
✨ Managing appointments and schedules
✨ Supporting our clinicians and leadership team
✨ Following up enquiries and waitlists
✨ Assisting with social media and community engagement
✨ Helping keep the Playhouse running smoothly behind the scenes
✨ Being the friendly face and calm presence that keeps everything connected
About You:
We're looking for someone who:
✔ Loves working with people
✔ Is highly organised and enjoys multitasking
✔ Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
✔ Can think on their feet and solve problems independently
✔ Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
✔ Has strong computer skills and learns new systems quickly
✔ Brings warmth, kindness and positive energy to their work
Bonus points if you have experience in:
- Allied health administration
- NDIS administration
- Customer service
- Medical reception
- Education or childcare administration

Important:
This role is based onsite at our Yarraville Playhouse.We're looking for someone who enjoys being around people, supporting families face-to-face, and being part of a vibrant clinic environment.
This position is not suitable for remote or work-from-home arrangements.
Hours:
Part-time position, approximately 2–3 days per week. Additional hours may become available as the role grows.
