As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Registered Migration Agent (MARN) to join our Melbourne, Victoria office. We welcome applications from registered Migration Agents who are passionate about delivering exceptional migration services and making a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.
This is an in-house, full-time, on-site position based in Melbourne, VIC.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional migration advice across a range of Australian visa categories.
- Prepare, review, and lodge visa applications and supporting documentation.
- Conduct client consultations and provide clear, practical migration solutions.
- Manage client files while ensuring compliance with Australian migration legislation and professional standards.
- Liaise with clients and relevant government authorities throughout the application process.
Requirements
- Current and valid MARA registration (MARN) – Mandatory.
- Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma in Australian Migration Law and Practice.
- Strong understanding of Australian migration legislation and visa pathways.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organisational, and client management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client matters independently and efficiently.
- Proficiency in LEGENDcom, Department of Home Affairs portals, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Experience
- Experience handling Skilled, Employer-Sponsored, Partner, and Student Visa applications.
- Strong knowledge of student-to-permanent residency pathways.
- Experience managing complex migration matters and review applications.
