About you:
This role will suit someone with Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Associate degree required or three years of relevant work experience.
You will have previous office management experience, strong communication skills, organisational and multitasking abilities and experience with spreadsheets and reporting systems.
The role is based in Melbourne and will require you to work across multiple studio locations.
Tasks include:
- Coordinate daily studio operations
- Manage reporting systems and documentation
- Support scheduling and staff coordination
- Liaise with management regarding operations
- Maintain office systems and compliance
- Support onboarding and administration
Pay: From $79,499.00 per year
