Guru Kirpa Wash Club Pty Ltd trading as Silver Sponge Hand Car Wash Garden City provides a local, high-quality car wash service to the Perth community.
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our car wash and detailing outlets. This is a customer facing leadership role responsible for managing teams, ensuring service excellence, driving sales and executing smooth operational performance.

Key requirements and responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across one or more outlets.
- Lead and manage frontline staff, including detailers, cashiers and service coordinators.
- Ensure high standards of customer experience and satisfaction.
- Manage stock levels, procurement, inventory control and vendor relationships.
- Monitor and improve KPIs including revenue, customer retention, service times and feedback scores.
- Handle customer issues, resolve complaints and ensure timely service delivery.
- Implement marketing campaigns, upsell services and drive customer engagement.
- Maintain compliance with safety, hygiene and quality protocols.
A successful candidate will:
· Minimum 1 year experience of retail or service outlet management.
· Prior experience in the automotive, hospitality or franchise operations space will be highly regarded.
· Strong people management and team leadership skills.
· Proven track record of hitting sales and customer service targets.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Basic proficiency in POS systems, scheduling tools and MS Office and/or Google Workspace.
