Nepean Hospital is seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) to join our dynamic Emergency Department team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Clinician who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional patient-centred care.
As a Clinical Nurse Consultant, you will play a pivotal leadership role in advancing clinical practice, supporting quality improvement initiatives, promoting evidence-based care, and providing expert consultation to patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams. The Clinical Nurse Consultant is responsible for providing expert clinical leadership and consultation within the Emergency Department. Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary stakeholders, you will drive excellence in patient care through clinical expertise, education, mentorship, research, and service development.
