We're in need of a full-time property manager to take care of our 80+ landlords and associated tenancies.
The role is Monday to Friday, within standard office hours in a modern high-rise permanent let complex known as Riverside Hamilton, positioned at 2 Harbour Road.
As well as the standard PM tasks, including quarterly inspections and arranging maintenance are the odd Saturday morning opens for new tenancies. We work hard to fill tenancies during the week so as we can have the full weekend off. Not always possible, but we certainly try :)
The role comes with a secure basement car space and a great work environment.
