Hora Bathrooms is looking for a friendly, confident and reliable Showroom Sales Consultant to join our growing bathroom and tile showroom in Sumner.
We sell bathroom vanities, tiles, tapware, mirrors, toilets, shower products and bathroom accessories.
The Role
Your main focus will be assisting customers in the showroom and helping them choose the right products for their bathroom renovation.
Day-to-day duties will include:
- Assisting customers and providing excellent service
- Preparing quotes and processing sales and orders
- Communicating with suppliers and checking stock availability
- Basic computer work including entering product and supplier information
- Helping keep the showroom organised and well presented
- Occasionally assisting with website products and social media
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, confident and comfortable talking to customers
- Sales and customer-service focused
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Organised, reliable and willing to learn
- Able to work independently as well as part of a small team
Experience in bathrooms, tiles, plumbing, building products or retail sales would be an advantage, but training can be provided to the right person.
