About the Role
As a Barista / Café All-Rounder, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience for our members and guests. Your duties will include:
Preparing high-quality espresso coffee and specialty beverages
Providing friendly and efficient customer service
Taking food and beverage orders
Operating the POS and handling payments
Preparing light meals and cabinet food
Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked café
Following food safety and hygiene standards
Assisting with general café operations and teamwork
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Has previous barista or café experience (preferred but not essential)
Can produce consistent, high-quality coffee
Has excellent customer service and communication skills
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Is reliable, punctual and well-presented
Can work independently and as part of a team
Is available to work a flexible roster, including weekends, evenings and public holidays
