What You'll Be Doing
As New Vehicle Sales Manager, you'll play a key leadership role in our dealership, driving team performance, profitability and customer satisfaction.
You'll be responsible for:

Leading, mentoring and inspiring a high-performing New Vehicle Sales Team.

Driving sales growth, profitability and customer retention.

Managing vehicle inventory, pricing and merchandising strategies.

Coaching and developing sales consultants to maximise performance.

Identifying opportunities to improve sales processes and customer experience.

Working closely with Finance, Aftercare, Service and Used Vehicles to deliver exceptional results.

Creating a positive, energetic and results-driven culture.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for a natural leader with energy, confidence and a passion for success.
You will have:
Proven experience in automotive sales leadership or a strong track record in automotive sales ready for the next step.
Strong commercial and financial awareness.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
A passion for coaching, mentoring and developing people.
The ability to create momentum, drive performance and lead from the front.
A positive, resilient and solutions-focused mindset.
Current C Class Driver's Licence.
Motor Vehicle Yard Manager's Licence.
