NAVER GROUP PTY LTD, trading as Alan’s Painting, is seeking an experienced Painter to work on residential homes, commercial buildings and other painting projects throughout Sydney.
This is a full-time position offering an annual salary of A$96,000 plus superannuation. The successful applicant will work as part of a professional and well-supported team.

Requirements
- Certificate III or Certificate IV in Painting and Decorating, or an equivalent qualification.
- At least two years of relevant painting experience.
- Strong technical painting and decorating skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work safely and efficiently with limited supervision.
Responsibilities
- Preparing surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, filling and applying primers before painting.
- Applying paint, varnish, stains and other coatings using brushes, rollers and spray equipment.
- Mixing and matching paint colours to achieve the required shades and finishes.
- Erecting and safely using ladders, trestles, scaffolding and other access equipment.
- Applying decorative and protective finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
- Maintaining and properly storing painting tools, equipment and materials.
- Lifting and carrying paint containers, ladders and other equipment as required.
- Completing detailed painting and finishing work to a high professional standard.
- Inspecting completed work to ensure surfaces are evenly coated and free from defects.
- Protecting surrounding areas, furniture and fixtures before commencing work.
- Wearing appropriate personal protective equipment, including masks and gloves.
- Ensuring adequate ventilation and the safe handling of paints, solvents and hazardous materials.
- Complying with workplace health and safety requirements and applicable regulations.
- Cleaning painting equipment and maintaining a clean and organised work area.
