As a Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of a range of projects, from application rollouts to broader business initiatives, across the organisation. Our PM’s have a strong understanding of both business and technical domains, with a focus on delivering strategic outcomes through structured project execution, stakeholder engagement, and vendor collaboration.
We are looking for a deliverables driven PM who:

Can collaborate with stakeholders early to understand business drivers, define high-level requirements, and shape project scope.

Understands and can build business cases by translating strategic goals into actionable project plans and delivery frameworks.

Will direct procurement and contract activities including market engagement, vendor evaluation, and contract negotiation to ensure a selection of partners that align with project and organisational needs.

Manages projects through the whole lifecycle from solution design, functional alignment, and testing phases. Ensuring that business needs are met with practical, scalable solutions.

Ensures alignment between business objectives, technical solutions, and delivery outcomes, ensuring value is realised at every stage.

Be a pragmatic PM who identifies opportunities to streamline delivery, improve processes, and implement solutions that deliver measurable impact.
What You will bring:

Degree qualified with certifications in project management (PMP, PMBOK, Prince 2, Agile).

A proven record managing and delivering projects in a transformation environment, ideally in the aged care sector or similar industries.

The ability to lead stakeholders through a transformation journey with the change management experience to ensure success.

Influence and relationship-building skills to be a trusted project partner and able to translate between technical and non-technical audiences.

A pragmatic analytical mindset, resilient, clear under pressure, and focused on outcomes and value.

Not for profit salary packaging up to $18,549 which could be used for up to $15,900 (for common living expenses like rent, mortgage, school fees and many more) and up to $2,650 for meals and entertainment.
