Zanobia is a new premium Lebanese restaurant opening in Barangaroo, and we’re looking for reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hands to join our opening team.
About the RoleAs a Kitchen Hand, you’ll play an essential role in supporting our chefs and maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and food preparation areas
- Assist with basic food preparation as required
- Receive and store deliveries
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Previous kitchen experience is an advantage but not essential
