We are currently seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Female Support Worker in Kwinana, Western Australia.
Position Details:
- Approximately 18–20 hours per week
- Job type - Casual
- Immediate start preferred
About the Role:
You will provide person-centred support to individuals living with psychosocial disabilities and complex mental health needs, assisting them to achieve their goals, maintain independence, and enhance their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide emotional and practical support in line with individual support plans
- Assist participants with daily living activities and community access
- Support participants to develop life skills, social connections, and independence
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
- Promote participant choice, dignity, and wellbeing at all times
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience supporting people with psychosocial disabilities and complex mental health needs
- Driving License & Car Insurance
- Disability Qualification, e.g. Certificate 3 or 4
- NDIS Screening Check
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Working with Children Check
- Current Police Check
