What You’ll Do:
As our Merch Flow Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of store operations, ensuring the sales floor is full, organized, and ready to delight every customer.
You will:
- Lead back-of-house operations with a strong focus on efficiency and detail
- Support the Sales Leadership Team in achieving total store results
- Coordinate and prioritize merchandise processing and replenishment
- Ensure all styles, sizes, and colors are consistently represented on the floor
- Partner with Visual and Category Leaders to execute merchandising strategies
- Maintain high standards for backroom and understock organization
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures including damages and testers
- Analyze reports to identify opportunities and create action plans
- Reinforce a shrink-aware culture through organization, accountability, and associate engagement
What You Bring:
- A passion for retail and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Previous experience leading or supporting teams in retail operations or merchandising
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- A proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Ability to use tools and data to drive strategy and results
