We are seeking an Analyst to join our high-performing National Logistics & Industrial Capital Markets team in Melbourne.
This is a rare opportunity to work on major industrial transactions within one of Australia’s fastest-growing commercial real estate sectors. You will contribute to high-profile sales campaigns, support capital transaction processes and work alongside market-leading professionals across brokerage, research, valuations and marketing.
As an Analyst, you will provide the analytical support, market intelligence and insights that underpin successful transactions.
Job Description
Prepare financial models, including DCF, sensitivity analysis and investment underwriting
Develop high-quality investor and marketing materials, including information memorandums, pitch decks and campaign collateral
Analyze market trends, comparable sales evidence and asset performance data
Support transaction execution, due diligence processes and data room management
Maintain transaction, property and investor databases
Provide market insights and analysis to support client engagement
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery
Degree qualified in Property, Finance, Economics, Business or a related discipline
Approximately 2–4 years’ experience within commercial real estate, investment banking or an institutional investment environment
Strong Excel and financial modelling capability, ideally within commercial property
Experience using Forbury or a similar property cash-flow modelling platform is highly regarded
Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exposure to industrial property or valuations is highly regarded
Work on high-profile industrial capital markets transactions
