As a Duty Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring service standards are maintained, teams are supported, and guests leave wanting to return.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and motivating front-of-house teams across the venue
- Managing shifts and ensuring smooth daily operations
- Delivering exceptional customer service and resolving guest concerns
- Supporting team development, coaching, and performance
- Maintaining compliance with RSA, RSG, gaming, and venue procedures
- Managing cash handling, reporting, and venue security processes
- Working closely with the Venue Manager to drive operational excellence
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a Duty Manager, Supervisor, or Team Leader role within hospitality
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Ability to remain calm and effective in a busy environment
- Availability to work a rotating roster including nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Current RSA and RSG certifications (QLD)
- Gaming experience highly regarded
