About the Role
Join the Purple Hands Foundation, the charitable arm of the Fremantle Football Club, and help young people build the skills and confidence to thrive.
As the Program Administrator, provide administrative, logistical and program support across Purple Hands Foundation programs and events.
The scope of the role will include:
- Managing program schedules and calendars
- Coordinating venue bookings and session logistics
- Maintaining accurate participant records and attendance data
- Supporting reporting and data input
- Supporting donor communication
- Maintaining donor and volunteer records
This is a part-time (0.8 FTE), permanent role with flexible work arrangements, including hybrid working.
What you will bring

- Experience in community development, not-for-profit, or a related field
- Strong administrative and coordination skills
- Good organisational and systems skills
- Experience managing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong documentation habits
- Confidence using databases and scheduling systems
- Current or willingness to obtain a Working with Children Check
