Our opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Insights & Data Analyst to join our team for 12 months MTC. You will be responsible for analysing customer data, feedback, behaviours, and preferences through various data channels to uncover meaningful insights that support business strategy. This includes the design and development of customer dashboards and other data visualization and storytelling to provide stakeholders with key actionable insights to improve customer experiences and unlock growth potential.
This role will work closely and support the broader business on customer data insights. This role requires strong data and analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability work collaboratively within a matrix structure and with cross-functional teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop customer reporting for all levels, from on-the-ground teams and management to ELT and Board, ensuring insights are clear, actionable and aligned with business strategy.
- Undertake data analysis to support decision-making and explore advanced analytics approaches to uncover trends and opportunities.
- Contribute to the continued evolution of Mirvac enterprise Voice of Customer Program, by incorporating more signals across different channels (solicited & unsolicited), ensuring teams have access to timely customer feedback, and partner with business teams to drive action

Support business product ownership of enterprise VOC platform, including roadmap planning, stakeholder engagement, change management and ensuring the platform meets business needs for Mirvac’s Voice of Customer program.

Assist in identifying opportunities to improve customer experience, engagement and commercial outcomes through data analysis

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive consistency of data analytics / governance across the enterprise and identify and implement opportunities that improve customer acquisition, engagement, conversion and retention.

Contribute to the design and implementation of customer segmentation tools and other customer leading insights tools and platform

Design and deliver dashboards, reports and visualisations that communicate insights effectively to non-technical audiences. Build and maintain dashboards and data visualisations in tools such as Power BI and Tableau, working with SQL and data warehouses like Snowflake.
- Apply advanced analytical techniques, including regression analysis, segmentation and exploratory modelling, with a view to progressing into machine learning and generative AI applications for deeper customer insight.

Assist with governance over customer data, platforms and processes, ensuring data integrity, compliance and fit-for-purpose usage.
Your point of difference
We’re seeking an experienced insights professional who can turn data into compelling stories, someone who takes ownership for their work, thrives in a fast-moving environment and stays one step ahead.
You’re highly capable across data and analytics platforms, with strong skills in visualisation and storytelling (Power BI, Tableau), and hands-on experience with SQL and data warehousing (e.g. Snowflake). You apply advanced analytics techniques such as segmentation, regression and predictive modelling to drive insight-led outcomes.
A strong communicator, you influence stakeholders and drive change through insights. You bring experience in customer research and feedback methodologies, along with the ability to lead or contribute to data and analytics initiatives, including project delivery and product ownership.
