About the role:
The purpose of the Service Delivery Coordinator is to coordinate the resourcing and rostering of personnel to ensure continuity of service delivery, in a manner which results in the highest possible quality of service to customers, the most cost effective and efficient way, and maximises our profitability. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders. This role is a Permanent Part-time Relieving role to cover sick leave and annual leave.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Rostering and Scheduling Management: Call centre type duties overseeing the rostering of employees to ensure effective coverage, adherence to fatigue guidelines, and compliance with client-specific requirements. Maintain live rostering in system and update as necessary.
Client / Employee Liaison and Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding rostering issues and service bookings. Communicate efficiently with employees regarding their rosters, handle all employee queries as well as monitoring employee welfare.
Service and Quality Assurance: Monitor and ensure service levels are met, addressing and resolving any issues or non-conformances that may affect service quality. Prepare and maintain accurate reports on overtime, training, and other KPIs.
Payroll and Financial Management: Ensure accurate payroll processing by reviewing payroll exception reports, raising pay adjustments, and maintaining payroll form
Skills & experience
General understanding of Rostering and allocations with focus on Health, Safety and Environment and Quality
Demonstrated experience in interpreting Awards and pay rates
High computer literacy (prior experience in Rostering software will be regarded)
Highly developed written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work as a member of team as well as autonomously
Apply organisational skills to work under pressure in a busy environment
Full unlimited Australian working rights
Willingness to be available 24/7 to cover annual or sick leave on a relieving basis
Willing to undergo a National Police check
