About the role
SG Anthony Pty Ltd is a growing retail bakery business located in Tewantin, Queensland. We
specialise in bakery products, coffee, takeaway food and are currently expanding our
Vietnamese Banh Mi rolls range to support increasing customer demand.
As part of our growth strategy, the business also supports:
- Richies Bakery Cooroy – Cooroy QLD
- Richies bakery Tewantin- Tewantin QLD
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily retail bakery operations and ensure smooth business performance
- Supervise, train and coordinate bakery retail staff
- Prepare and manage staff rosters and shift allocations
- Ensure high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction
- Monitor sales performance, stock levels and inventory control
- Assist in purchasing and ordering bakery products and supplies
- Support promotional activities and growth of Vietnamese Banh Mi roll sales
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness and workplace health and safety standards
- Maintain operational and sales records and assist with reporting procedures
- Support customer relationship management with cafés and aged care clients
- Assist with operational support across multiple store locations when required
- Help improve operational consistency, efficiency and overall business performance
Skills Experience
- Previous retail or bakery management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in fast-paced retail food environment
- Ability to manage staff and operations independently
- Knowledge of bakery, café or takeaway operations advantageous
