Finance Officer - Credit

Previous Credit or Accounts Receivable experience is preferred but not essential. If you have a willingness to learn, strong customer service skills and an interest in finance, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
About the Role:
- This is a customer-focused role where you'll:
- Assist customers with account enquiries via phone and email.
- Build positive relationships and follow up outstanding accounts.
- Allocate customer payments.
- Work closely with branches and internal teams to resolve customer enquiries.
- Learn credit control processes with ongoing training and support.
- Contribute to improving the way we work as our Finance team continues to evolve.
You'll have:
- Experience in administration, customer service, accounts or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- An interest in building a long-term career in finance.
