We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable Café Assistants & Baristas.
Our café is loved by locals for its outstanding coffee, fresh seasonal menu, and genuine community vibe. If you’re a skilled barista — we’d love to hear from you!
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive attitude
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the café
- Prepare and serve high-quality food and beverages
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workspace
- Work collaboratively with both front and back-of-house teams
- Follow direction from management and uphold company standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a café or hospitality environment
- Baristas: Minimum 2 year of experience in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently, reliably, and as part of a team
- Weekend availability is essential
