- Exemplary achievement in professional tertiary qualifications is required.
- 1 to 4 years of professional experience in architectural roles, supported by a portfolio demonstrating both design and technical expertise.
- Master’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Advanced or proficient skills in digital 3D modelling and drafting software; ArchiCAD, Rhino, and Grasshopper preferred.
- Demonstrated emerging leadership and project management abilities.
- Self-driven work ethic with the ability to meet fast-paced project demands and work independently.
- Proven ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams and coordinate effectively with consultants.
- Experience with large-scale projects is preferred but not essential.
- Registration is not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear articulation of complex concepts.
- Familiarity with Australian building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
- Proficiency in digital graphics software such as the Adobe Suite.
- Experience in sustainable design is advantageous.
