Full-Time Position
Facadez Pty Ltd is looking for an experienced Aluminium Window & Door Fabricator to join our team at our Silverwater factory.
We fabricate a wide variety of aluminium window, door and façade systems, including Australian commercial systems, high-end European systems and specialist custom fabrication projects.
This is not a role where you will be making the same window every day. Our work is varied, technical and often involves unique architectural and custom-designed projects.
About the Role
You will be involved in the fabrication and assembly of:
- Commercial aluminium windows and doors
- Architectural window and door systems
- European window and door systems
- Sliding, hinged and fixed glazing systems
- Custom aluminium fabrication
- Specialist façade and architectural projects
- Curved and non-standard aluminium components
- One-off prototypes and custom solutions
Our factory operates high-quality CNC machinery and modern fabrication software, meaning machining information, cutting details and fabrication documentation are prepared accurately before production.
We place a strong emphasis on quality, accuracy and producing work we can be proud of.
What We're Looking For
Applicants must have multiple years of hands-on experience fabricating aluminium windows and doors.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has strong experience with aluminium window and door fabrication
- Can confidently read fabrication drawings and production information
- Understands aluminium profiles, hardware and glazing systems
- Takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work
- Is energetic, motivated and reliable
- Works well as part of a team
- Is willing to assist in different areas of the factory when required
- Enjoys problem solving and working on unusual or custom projects
- Wants to develop their skills and grow with the business
Experience with commercial aluminium systems, CNC machinery, European systems or custom fabrication will be highly regarded.
Location & Working Rights
This position is based at our Silverwater, NSW factory.
We are seeking locally based applicants only who can reliably travel to Silverwater for full-time work.
Applicants must have full Australian working rights, either as an Australian citizen, permanent resident or through a suitable visa allowing full-time employment.
