Our Opportunity
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated Project Administrator to join our team in Thornton, NSW. This is a full-time permanent role supporting Project Managers to deliver a pipeline of electrical projects including transportable substations, switch rooms, and conveyor systems.
Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):-
Providing end-to-end administrative support across project planning, scheduling, reporting, and documentation

Supporting procurement processes, including purchase orders, supplier coordination, and material tracking

Managing project documentation, ensuring compliance with internal systems and processes

Monitoring project progress and updating reports, highlighting risks, delays, and variations

Assisting with cost tracking, variations, and general project financial administration

Liaising with internal stakeholders including engineering, production, and purchasing teams, as well as subcontractors and suppliers

Supporting document control and ensuring accurate data within project systems
The Right Person
As a Project Administrator at NEPEAN Power, you will be detail-oriented, organised, and proactive, with a strong focus on supporting project delivery outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience in a project administration or similar role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment

Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks

A collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and SharePoint)

Experience with ERP systems (Pronto preferred)

A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
-
Relevant qualifications or working towards studies in Project Management, Business, or Engineering (desirable)
