The Role
As the Receptionist for ICON Engineering, you will be responsible for providing a professional outlook on behalf of ICON Engineering.
Key duties
- General reception duties which will include managing 'front of house' telephone enquiries and greeting visitors.
- Monitor Stationery and ordering when required.
- Kitchen cleanliness.
- Arranging domestic and international couriers.
- Taking receipt of deliveries.
- Assist with domestic and international travel.
- Administration support to the Administration Manager.
- Assist with event management when required.
- Arrange catering.
- Managing meeting rooms.
- Assisting with Project Support as required.
- Maintaining of PPE stock.
- Coordinating Staff Meetings.
- Reconciling of Credit Card Transactions.
- Formatting documents.
- Timesheet coordination.
- Coordinating Leave Request process.

About you
- High School certification and/or Business Certification.
- Experience in an Admin/ Reception capacity.
- Happy and friendly disposition.
- Loves to be organised and happy to suggest new ideas.
- Previously worked in a team environment in any capacity.
- Proficient with Microsoft packages.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Well presented with excellent time management.
