THERAPY Mental Health is seeking an experienced and highly organised Rostering & Administration Coordinator to support our expanding NDIS mental health and disability services.
This is a fast-paced role requiring exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and proven experience using CareMaster. Applicants without CareMaster experience will not be considered.
About the Role
You will play a key role in coordinating participant supports, managing rosters, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our services.
Responsibilities include:
- Creating and managing staff rosters
- Matching support workers to participant needs and preferences
- Managing shift changes, cancellations, and urgent roster requests
- Maintaining accurate participant and employee records
- Scheduling new services and onboarding participants
- Monitoring service delivery and roster compliance
- Liaising with participants, families, support workers, coordinators, and external stakeholders
- Assisting with payroll preparation and timesheet review
- Managing phone, email, and administrative enquiries
- Supporting quality, compliance, and NDIS documentation requirements
Essential Requirements
✔ Previous rostering experience within disability, aged care, community services, or healthcare
✔ Strong working knowledge of CareMaster (mandatory)
✔ Excellent organisational and time-management skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
✔ High level of computer literacy and administration skills
✔ Professional communication and problem-solving abilities
✔ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
✔ Current National Police Check
✔ NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain)
Highly Regarded
- Experience within the NDIS sector
- Experience using Employment Hero
- Knowledge of SCHADS Award rostering requirements
- Experience coordinating large workforces and complex participant supports
- Understanding of psychosocial disability and mental health supports

Pay: $52,092.93 – $70,000.00 per year
