Join a district-wide, multidisciplinary team within the SWSLHD Osteoarthritis Chronic Care Program (OACCP) to support people living with osteoarthritis to improve their health, function and quality of life through evidence-based, high-value, non-surgical care.
- Provide specialised nutrition assessment, intervention and education through both face-to-face and virtual consultations, improving access to care across the district to delay or avoid joint replacement surgery
- Play a key role in the expansion of services across South Western Sydney, including support for patients on orthopaedic waitlists and improved access to care at Bankstown and Campbelltown Hospitals
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team of allied health, nursing, medical and administrative professionals to implement the ACI OACCP Model of Care and the Osteoarthritis Clinical Care Standard.
- Contribute to a funded service improvement project running until June 2028, with opportunities to influence model-of-care development, service evaluation, patient experience and health system outcomes across the district.

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Dietitian who is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred nutrition care in a collaborative clinical environment.
- Advanced clinical expertise in weight management, chronic disease management and behaviour change, with the ability to apply evidence-based nutrition interventions in complex clinical situations.
- A strong commitment to patient-centred care, with the ability to build rapport and engage diverse populations through both face-to-face and telehealth consultations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration within multidisciplinary teams and the delivery of high-quality patient education
- Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to influence practice, support service development and contribute to the implementation of innovative models of care
- Commitment and experience to quality improvement, evaluation and the use of outcome measures to enhance patient care and service effectiveness
