Working Arrangement
The position is mainly based on remote online work. There is no requirement to report to an offline office. You only need to participate in local offline operations in Sydney during event execution. The role adopts a hybrid model of remote collaboration and offline event implementation.
Job Responsibilities
- Take independent charge of local marketing planning in assigned city and develop customer-acquisition-focused campaign proposals.
- Oversee full-cycle campaign delivery end-to-end, covering planning, partner coordination, on-site implementation and post-event review.
- Source prospective student leads via online & offline campaigns and funnel candidates into the company’s private WeChat communities.
- Develop and maintain local partnerships with educational institutions, international student associations, Chinese communities and relevant KOLs.
- Track campaign metrics, conduct data analysis and optimisation with AI tools to steadily improve lead volume and quality.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on Australian local marketing experience.
- In-depth understanding of Chinese international student demographics, Australian local market landscape and promotional mechanics.
- Proven capability to independently deliver full-lifecycle marketing campaigns; existing established connections with local universities, student clubs or Chinese communities are highly preferred.
- Strong execution skills and result-driven mindset, with core KPIs centred on lead generation and community conversion rates.
- Proficient in leveraging AI tools including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Canva to streamline daily workflows.
