About the Role
We currently have opportunities for Skilled Meat Workers (Boners, Slicers and Slaughter Persons) to join our Rockhampton Processing Plant 4701, Beef City Plant 4356, Townsville plant 4811 and Riverina Plant 2703.
This is an excellent opportunity to join our hard-working team with opportunities for further career development. The annual salary for this role is not less than $71,481.00(commensurate with experience and skill levels applied) plus superannuation or more with additional allowances.
A $3,000 Sign-On Retention bonus is available to applicable candidates. Conditions apply.
About You
Minimum of 2 years’ previous experience in Boning, Slicing or Slaughtering/Sawing duties
Relevant qualification (Cert 3 Meat processing) is essential
Proven high level of knife sharpening skills
Knowledge and understanding of Quality Requirements
Ability to adhere to WHS and Quality procedures
Ability to work within a team environment with the ability to take direction
Good communications skills
Professional work attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Superior attendance records
High focus and attention to detail
