Are you a reliable and flexible Commercial Cleaner looking for casual work in Airlie Beach?
Clean Feeling is seeking a motivated and dependable Cleaning Technician to join our team on a casual relief basis. This role is ideal for someone looking for flexible work who can assist with covering annual leave, sick leave, peak periods, school holidays, weekends, and other operational requirements across our commercial cleaning sites.
Due to the nature of this position, flexibility and availability are essential.
Whether you have previous commercial cleaning experience or are looking to enter the cleaning industry, we provide full training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
About the Role
This is a casual ad hoc relief position providing coverage across our commercial cleaning contracts in Airlie Beach and surrounding areas.
Hours are not guaranteed each week and will vary depending on operational requirements, staff leave, and client needs. Additional hours may become available during busy periods.
Typical Shift Times
- Morning Shift: 6:00am – 9:00am
- Afternoon Shift: 3:00pm – 6:00pm
You may be required to work either or both shifts depending on site requirements.
Availability Requirements
- Monday to Sunday availability required
- Must be available for split shifts when required
- Weekend, public holiday and school holiday work may be required
- Ability to accept shifts at short notice is highly regarded
- Flexibility to work across varying days and times is essential
What You'll Be Doing
- General commercial cleaning duties
- Cleaning offices, amenities and shared spaces
- Vacuuming, mopping and dusting
- Waste removal and sanitisation
- Maintaining high presentation and hygiene standards
- Following workplace health and safety procedures
- Delivering quality service and attention to detail
What We're Looking For
- Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred but not essential
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable, trustworthy and punctual
- Flexible availability and willingness to work varied shifts
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport
- Willingness to obtain:
- White Card
- Police Check
- Blue Card (if required)
