We are seeking a passionate Service Coordinator to join ONCALL|SACARE’s dynamic Workforce and Scheduling team, on a Part time/fixed term employment basis, with the possibility of ongoing employment. You will provide great customer service, supporting people with disabilities with your patience, understanding and problem-solving skills.

About the Role - Key duties will include:
-
Working with clients to ensure their teams include well matched Support Workers and that changes to their rosters are actioned in a timely manner.

Efficiently managing data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness in updating client profiles.

Proactively engaging with clients via calls, understanding their needs, and promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.

Maintaining detailed and up-to-date profile notes within our system to facilitate comprehensive client understanding and support.

Assisting in reporting activities, compiling data, and generating reports to aid decision-making processes.

Collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of support services.
About you - As the successful candidate, you will bring:

Experience in the disability, health, community care or human services sectors will be highly regarded.

Demonstrated experience in high-volume phone-based customer service, including handling enquiries professionally and building positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, to manage information, track tasks and support reporting.

Experience using rostering, scheduling, CRM or client management systems, with strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, families, support workers and internal teams.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities and respond calmly to changing service needs.

A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach, with confidence in maintaining accurate records and supporting operational reporting.

Current Driver’s Licence.
