We're a fast-growing Commercial Equipment Finance Brokerage working with businesses across construction, transport, mining and heavy industry. We help clients secure funding for trucks, machinery and specialist equipment through an extensive national lender network.

The Role
This is a phone-based outbound sales role focused on identifying, qualifying and engaging business owners who require equipment finance solutions.
You'll work onsite, full-time, receiving one-on-one training directly from the business owner, giving you unparalleled exposure to real-world deal structuring, client conversations, and sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound phone calls to prospective business clients
- Qualifying leads and identifying finance opportunities
- Building confidence in commercial conversations with SME decision-makers
- Maintaining accurate CRM notes and follow-ups
- Learning the fundamentals of commercial finance, lending criteria, and deal flow
What We're Looking For
- Confident phone manner and strong communication skills
- Resilient, motivated, and comfortable with outbound calling
- Coachable attitude and willingness to learn
- Sales experience is helpful but not essential - training provided
- Ambition to build a long-term career in finance or sales
