We’re seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our dynamic and collaborative team and play a pivotal role in delivering one of Mosaic’s iconic developments in Brisbane (Kangaroo Point).
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Contracts Administrator, you’ll work alongside an experienced team that champions collaboration, integrity, and excellence, and is committed to innovation and quality at every stage.
As a critical member of our on-site construction team, you will:
- Oversee project budgets, forecasts and cash flow to ensure strong financial outcomes.
- Lead the end‑to‑end procurement process, including preparing tender packages, evaluating submissions, and negotiating subcontractor and supplier agreements.
- Administer contracts across all project phases, ensuring compliance, risk management, and identification of commercial opportunities.
- Manage subcontractor payments, variations, EOT claims, and head contract claims accurately and on time.
- Monitor project performance, costs, timelines, and resources to maximise profitability and construction efficiency.
- Drive effective financial reporting, invoicing, purchase orders, and audit support.
- Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships to maintain commercial interests and support successful project delivery.
- Work collaboratively with project managers and site teams to ensure project objectives are met.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator working for a head contractor, delivering multi-unit developments or commercial projects.
- A bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field is desired.
- Ability to develop and maintain positive and proactive relationships with subcontractors, consultants and suppliers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and driven to grow and develop.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Jobpac or similar financial reporting software.
