Key Responsibilities
- Personal care and hygiene assistance
- Community access and social support
- Transport to appointments and activities
- Meal preparation and domestic assistance
- Medication assistance and administration
- Manual handling and transfers
- Hoist transfers (ceiling and mobile hoists)
- Bowel care and continence support
- Catheter care and urinary drainage bag management
- Assistance with mobility and transfers
- Supporting participants with complex care needs
- Implementing behaviour support plans where required
- Maintaining accurate progress notes and incident reports
- Supporting participants to achieve their individual goals and maintain independence
Essential Requirements
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- National Police Check
- Working with Children Check (where applicable)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Full Australian Driver's Licence
- Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Smartphone with internet access
- Full Australian working rights

SHIFTS:
- Monday 6am-2pm- Guaranteed
- Thursday 6am- 2pm- Guaranteed
- Thursday- 10pm 6am- active
- Casual hours 24/7- Incuding PM Sleepover shifts
Qualifications
Desirable qualifications include:
- Certificate III in Individual Support
- Nursing Qualification
- Relevant Health or Community Services Qualification
