The Opportunity
Join our team! We’re on the lookout for Part-Time Bar staff to bring energy, personality, and professionalism to our vibrant, pub-style venue. If you’ve got great people skills, a passion for drinks, and love creating good vibes, we want to meet you.
Our successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a bar, pub, or gastro pub environment.
- Strong understanding of a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.
- A passion for food and beverage, with a genuine commitment to crafting memorable guest experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with guests and team members
- Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation behind the bar.
- Familiarity with cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
- A current Victoria Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
