About the Role
As an Assistant Property Manager, you will work closely with our Property Managers to help deliver exceptional service to landlords and tenants. You will play a key role in the day-to-day management of a residential property portfolio, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting Property Managers with the management of residential properties Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors Coordinating maintenance requests and repairs Processing tenancy applications and lease documentation
Conducting routine inspections and preparing reports
Managing phone and email enquiries
Maintaining accurate property and tenant records
Assisting with rent arrears management and lease renewals
Providing outstanding customer service at all times
About You
The successful candidate will possess: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities
High attention to detail
A professional and positive attitude
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong computer and administrative skills
A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Previous real estate experience is preferred but not essential

Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
